Dear Exhibitor,
The Confederation in Oregon for Language Teaching (COFLT) is holding its annual state fall conference, Moving Ahead Together, on October 8th and 9th. This year the conference will be held virtually. We are expecting a high number of world language educators from elementary to university levels to participate, and invite you to join us during our “exhibitor hour” on Friday during lunch, between noon and 1:00 p.m. The schedule for our conference can be found here.
During the lunch hour, we will feature six exhibitors, each who have 10 minutes slots to present their products and interact with participants. We invite you to create your unique presentation. Please plan to build in time for the audience to ask questions. We will reserve your spot on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitors may also purchase advertising space on the COFLT Website, such as uploading a video or a logo. Exhibitors are also invited to sponsor a keynote which would be featured on the conference schedule. For all exhibitors who purchase any type of advertising, a link will be featured in the program to their websites. Please refer below for the prices.
We must receive your reservation by October 1st. Upon receipt, we will send confirmation, instructions and other details by email. Please feel free to contact us as needed at cofltoregon@gmail.com.
