• Register by September 19 to ensure Meals.  We must give the venue final meal counts on September 19.  Any conference registrations received after September 19 will not include meals.

Friday "Field Trip"

A guided tour through the Chachalu Museum will take place from 1-2:30pm on Friday. This is free of charge but there are limited spaces.

Friday Workshops

Workshops will be offered at no additional cost from 3-5pm.

Cancellation procedure

If you need to cancel your conference registration, please send an e-mail to coflttreasurer@gmail.com and we will process your refund.  You will be charged a $15 cancellation processing fee per transaction.
