Base fee:

Board Members – $120.00
For COFLT Board members only
COFLT Members – $175.00
For current COFLT members. Be sure to log into your COFLT account to access this rate.
Non-member Registration – $225.00
Registration for non-COFLT members.
PNCFL Members – $200.00
Registration for attendees who are not COFLT members but are members of another PNCFL state.
Retired COFLT member – $100.00
For retired members of COFLT.
Student Members
For those who have student memberships to COFLT.

2025 COFLT Fall Conference

The 2025 COFLT Fall Conference will be held October 4-5, 2025 in Corvallis, OR at Oregon State University. The theme of the conference is "Advocating for Language Education in a Changing World.”

Submit a presentation proposal here. Proposals will be accepted until September 13.

We must give university catering final meal counts before the conference. Any conference registrations received after September 19 will not include meals. Meals are included for all ticket types except for students.

Hotel information

Hotel Reservations: Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis (Please call in to the front desk and ask to book into the block "Confederation in Oregon for Language Teachers" with the group code: 90S; group rate is $179). This will be updated when we receive a direct link from the Hotel.

Keynote Speaker

Reed Scott-Schwalbach is a veteran Spanish educator, Fulbright Teacher Exchange alum, and the past president of the Oregon Education Association. As an educator and public education advocate, she has spent over twenty-five years working in Oregon, Mexico, Guatemala and Spain in education, public education and community policy, and advocacy for language development and cross-cultural understanding.

Location and Parking

All conference activities will take place at LaSells Stewart Center on the Oregon State University campus. Parking is available nearby at Reser Stadium.

If ASL interpretation is required, please mark it in the registration page. Conference organizers must know if this is a requirement before September 19.
