Welcome to the annual COFLT Spring Conference!  This year is workshops-only.  When you register you will choose one of four full-day workshop tracks.  See the conference website for details about the workshops and presenters.

  1. Enhancing Culture, Identity and Community through Oregon’s Dual Language Education Programs (in primarily early education) with Alejandra Favela

  2. Promoting Equity and Social Justice in Language Classes with Matthew McParker
  3. Target Language & Student Engagement in the Proficiency Classroom with OWL (Organic World Language) Strategies with Annie Tyner
  4. Immersion Classroom Panel and Workshop with Ruiyuan Gao, Olga Volnycheva, and Edward Walz

Registration starting at 8:00 a.m.

All workshops run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a one hour break for lunch (included in registration fee).

Conference Fees:

Workshop Registration:

  • $200 non-members
  • $100 COFLT and WAFLT members
  • $25 retired COFLT members
  • $20  COFLT Teacher Candidates

COFLT 2017-18 Membership (Sept 1-Aug 31): 

  • $50 regular, $25 student/retired
