The WAFLT -COFLT 2022 Fall Conference was held on October 13-15, 2022, in Portland, OR at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites- Columbia Riverfront (formerly the Red Lion)The theme of the conference is "Reconnect, Reflect, Refresh". 

Conference Registration

  • Friday morning-Saturday afternoon: Regular conference sessions and keynote sessions
  • Register by October 5 to Ensure Meals 
  • We must give the hotel final meal counts on October 5.  Any conference registrations received after October 5 will not include meals.  

  • Conference Registration (does not include membership):
    • $ 120 member with two lunches (Fri/Sat).
    • $ 90 retired member with two lunches (Fri/Sat).
    • $ 200 non-member with two lunches (Fri/Sat).
    • $0 full time student members - free.  Free registration, but does not include meals. (additional meals are $40 each)

Pre-and Post-Conference Additional Workshops:  

  • Thursday: Pre-conference workshop - $50 - Topic will be posted soon.
  • Saturday afternoon: Post-conference workshop - $25 - Topic will be posted soon.
    COFLT Membership
    • COFLT 2022-23 Membership:  $50 regular, $25 student/retired

    Hotel and Transportation 
    Please plan to stay at the conference hotel.  We have arranged a special room rate for conference attendees.  Using the conference hotel registration link  is the only way to both guarantee our conference rate as well as give COFLT-WAFLT the "credit" towards our minimum hotel room commitment.  Staying in the hotel helps WAFLT and COFLT keep the conference rates lower.  The conference hotel rate is available until September 23 and is subject to availability. Rooms include complimentary wi-fi.

    Public Transportation and Parking
    Parking is complimentary both for those staying at the Holiday Inn, Columbia Riverfront,  and day use for those attending the conference.

    Cancellation procedure
    If you need to cancel your conference registration, please send an e-mail to coflttreasurer@gmail.com and we will process your refund.  You will be charged a $15 cancellation processing fee per transaction.
